The Street 800 Package is a fully forged Barra long engine engineered for aggressive street builds, entry-level roll racing and strip applications targeting reliable 800 horsepower capability.

This package features a forged bottom end with upgraded pistons, heavy-duty H-beam connecting rods, race-grade main and big-end bearings, reinforced main stud hardware and billet girdle support for increased bottom-end stability under boost. The block undergoes full machining preparation including hot cleaning, decking, precision boring and honing, line honing of main caps and final refinishing prior to assembly.

The oiling system is upgraded with strengthened pump components and backing support to ensure reliability at elevated RPM and sustained load. The cylinder head receives a complete machine overhaul including cleaning, valve servicing, decking and reassembly, paired with performance valve springs and upgraded head fastening hardware.

Each engine is assembled and blueprinted in-house with full clearance measurement, ring gap setting, thrust verification and documented build procedures to ensure durability in high-boost street and strip environments.
