The Extreme 1500 Package is a fully forged, high-boost Barra long engine engineered for dedicated pro street, strip and competitive roll-racing applications targeting 1500 horsepower capability and beyond.
This package features a custom forged bottom end with upgraded heavy-duty piston pins, high-strength I-beam connecting rods, race-grade coated bearings, reinforced main stud hardware and billet girdle support. The block undergoes full machining preparation including decking, precision boring and honing, timing cover and sump preparation, and is further strengthened with a 3/4 grout fill and fire-ring sealing system to maintain stability under extreme cylinder pressure.
The rotating assembly is upgraded to Torrington bearing specification with line honing, crank machining, end-float verification and full dynamic balancing to ensure reliability at sustained high RPM and boost levels.
The cylinder head receives a complete overhaul with porting, upgraded valves, performance valve springs with lightweight retainers and precision assembly. A high-performance camshaft package, reinforced timing system and VCT delete configuration complete a top-end engineered for maximum airflow and boost control.
Each engine is assembled and blueprinted in-house with strict clearance verification, ring gap setting for high-boost applications and documented build procedures to ensure durability in extreme conditions.
