The Street 500 Package is a fully forged Barra long engine built for dependable street builds and weekend performance applications targeting reliable 500 horsepower capability.

This package features a forged piston and H-beam connecting rod bottom end, race-grade main and big-end bearings, reinforced main stud hardware and billet girdle support to provide a stable foundation under boost. The block undergoes complete machining preparation including hot cleaning, decking, precision boring and honing (.010" over), line honing of main tunnels and refinishing prior to assembly.

The oiling system is upgraded with strengthened pump gears and backing support, while the cylinder head receives a full machine overhaul including cleaning, valve servicing, decking and reassembly. A reinforced multi-layer steel head gasket, upgraded head fastening system, performance valve springs and complete timing system refresh ensure reliable sealing and valvetrain stability.

Each engine is assembled and blueprinted in-house with full clearance measurement, ring gap setting, oil and thrust verification and documented build procedures to ensure long-term durability in street-driven boosted applications.
